Jamie Harding - Director
My recruitment career started in 2000, long before the Internet and mobile phones were common in the workplace! The first role I held was in the Marine Engineering sector, but I quickly transitioned into Professional Services recruitment. I also dedicated several years to education recruitment and had the incredible opportunity to spend seven years recruiting in Australia and New Zealand.
When I'm not speaking with clients and candidates, I enjoy walking and cycling and spending quality time with my wife and son. I am also a long-suffering supporter of Southampton FC.

Peter Bull - Director
Having started my recruitment career in 1999, I bring over 25 years of experience in connecting exceptional talent with leading companies. My journey has taken me across a range of sectors, including Technology, Construction, and Finance, both nationally and internationally. I take pride in understanding the unique needs of each organisation and finding the perfect fit for their teams.
Outside of work you can find me watching sports, exploring the great outdoors or pottering in the garden.
